Basic Bicycle Maintenance
This training is for you if you would like to learn how to look after your bike and carry out simple maintenance. The course is provided at the subsidised cost of £10 in partnership with Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) You book via TFGM website, ask inside the shop for more details.

- Adjust the handlebars, brakes and gears
- Mend punctures
- Know what to check before you ride

Intermediate Bicycle Maintenance
If you already know how to maintain your bike but want to keep it in tip-top condition (and save money on repairs), this one’s for you. - Inspect and replace cables
- Check and maintain your chain
- Run a routine service
